Lettings Officer

Skegness Grammar School is now recruiting for a Lettings Officer, part time, 10hrs/wk.

This is a fixed term contract for one year, after which time it will be reviewed.

**About the role**

To be responsible for the safety of lettings customers and security of the campus during a specific time period, ensuring site is left tidy, secure and alarmed at each shift end.
Initially a fixed term contract for one year.
To work closely with Site Supervisor/ Site and Cleaning team/ Teaching and Support staff.
To ensure the security of the academy and to provide excellent service to all internal and external lettings during a specific period of time.

- Who we are looking for
- Educated to GCSE level.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures for security, alarm systems, health and safety, minor repairs & maintenance.
- Knowledge and expertise in minor maintenance and repair
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of bespoke lettings software (desirable)
- First Aid Trained (desirable)
- Fire Marshall Trained (desirable)
