Window Surveyor

We are a supplier of All types of Windows & Doors, and have a great opportunity for an Assistant to join our team. Providing a great service is at the heart of what we do. Utilising your great people skills you will build strong relationships with our customers, generate accurate quotes and orders using Window Designer, arrange deliveries & collectons, answer queries and resolve issues as they arise. You will also support the development of the company by contacting active and potential customers to introduce our products and services. Applicant would be motivated to push the buisness.

Skills and Experience:

- Product knowledge of windows / doors and order processing experience is highly advantagous (but training can be provided)
- Strong people skills, with the ability to develop rapport and strong business relationships with customers is essential
- The ability to work well in a small team and deliver great customer service - finding solutions and thinking on your feet is essential
- A confident IT user - window designer or similar and CRM experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
- Previous experience might include: Order Processor, Trade Counter Assistant, Customer Service Advisor etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
