This Post is responsible for the administrative functions of supporting the Director of Medical Education (DME,) the PGME Team, and the Physician Associate Lead, providing a client-focused, comprehensive service. The Post-Holder must use their own judgment to deal with enquiries, whatever the nature, recognising where/when appropriate to escalate. This role requires the need to exhibit consistently stable communication skills, in the virtual, face-to-face and digital forums, whilst also holding the ability to continually demonstrate confident interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable and confident of working of working without direct supervision.
