A leading national personal injury boutique is recruiting for a Head of Private Client to join its team in Merseyside. This is an unmissable opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ PQE to take a supported step up into a leadership role.

The role also comes with hybrid working and you’ll be able to work from home three days per week.

You will manage a team of seven, consisting of a trainee solicitor and administrative staff. The managerial aspects of the role would be light-touch, including authorising holidays, conducting appraisals, and being the go-to person for technical queries. The main aspect of the role is to have the technical expertise to advise on wills, trusts and probate matters.

The firm is well-established, financially stable and growing, with over 100 years under their belt of representing clients of injury and mistreatment. It is recognised as one of the UK’s leading teams by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, as well as being highly recommended in The Times’ Best Law Firms 2023.

Kelly is an Associate Director and Private Client Team Lead at Realm. Working exclusively within private client, contentious probate and court of protection recruitment, she works with law firms of all sizes across the North West and Yorkshire, from private client boutiques to multi-service national firms.
Kelly’s in-depth market knowledge and contacts enable her to match private client solicitors with the right firms and roles for them.
