Our fantastic client based in brand new offices in Hardwicke, Gloucester is currently recruiting for Customer Account Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

**Responsibilities/Duties;**
- Handling of key accounts to ensure smooth flowing contracts and continued customer satisfaction.
- Handling of potential customers - dealing with product enquiries and aftersales quickly and efficiently
- Organise for quotations/prices to be sent to existing customers
- Follow up quotations where necessary to ensure orders are secured.
- Respond to all customer queries/questions quickly and efficiently and keep them fully informed as to any updates regarding projects etc.
- Dealing with any customer requests in a friendly, efficient and effective manner.
- Obtaining and checking specifications for all projects.
- Checking through all projects to ensure everything in hand and going to be ready on time.
- Raising/checking/approving sales orders.
- Organising any samples or swatches required by customers.
- Ensure all relevant KPI reports are 100% accurate and up to date.
- Take first line incoming calls with others in the team.
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Have a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Be fast, efficient, and well organised
- Be a motivated and positive team player
- Have excellent IT skills
- Be confident in telephone conversations and dealing with issues quickly

**Hours**:

- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

**Salary-** £24,000 + 22 days holiday and an extra day off for your Birthday+ Private medical insurance + Death in service+ Employee assistance programme
