Thomas Enabling LTD require an experienced Multi Trader to join their Voids team within London.

The desired Multi Trader will have experience and the confidence in completing a variety of tasks with mínimal supervision. They will join a well established team, and will be reporting directly to a supervisor on a daily basis.

Types of works involved:
Plumbing: Isolating water feeds to then rip old kitchens / bathrooms. Replace taps / sinks like for like. Basic plumbing works.

Carpentry: Hanging New Doors, Ease and adjusting old doors, Replacing door handles, Fitting bath panels and frames, new skirtings and architraves. Ease and adjust kitchen units, Replacing worktops for new ones.

Must have all required tools, and be willing to pick up/ collect materials from company office and on company accounts when needed.

You must have your own Van in order to transfer tools and materials between job locations. (Parking Permits are Provided)

**Requirements**:

- Experience working on social housing void properties.

License/Certification:

- CSCS (required) OR Equivalent
- Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate
- Driving License and own Van (parking permits provided)

**Salary**: £150.00-£180.00 per day
