**Stock Controller - Energy from Waste**

**Circa £34,600 + Overtime + Bonus + Benefits**

**Dunbar, East Lothian**

**MC Technical Recruitment **are looking for a Stock Controller to join an Energy from Waste Power Station in the Dunbar area in Scotland. As the Stock controller you will be responsible for managing all site warehouse and key stock control activities on site ensuring consumable and spares are always available.

**As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for**:

- Controlling stock levels using a computerised stock control system
- Working with engineers and technicians to ensure the quality of all inbound parts are a high standard
- Purchasing stock items via computer as well as re-ordering
- Using mobile plant equipment such as a forklift truck
- Keeping track of stock levels
- Comply with the monthly checklist and audit site visit
- Stock counts and various monthly checks

**To be considered for this role you should have**:

- Experience as a Stock Controller / Stores person / Inventory Controller in a similar industry or environment - manufacturing, cement works, FMCG, warehousing
- Understanding of the processes which involve stock keeping
- Mobile plant experience is desirable but not necessary
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong organisational and communication skills

**What’s on offer?**
- A salary of circa £34,600

- A 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday)

**Salary**: £34,685.00 per year
