Call Centre Agent

We are looking for call takers to work in our busy call centre. The hours will be mainly nights and weekends due to business demand. You must have good knowledge of the local area and widespread Northumberland. Your duties are mainly to input data so good literature and spellings skills are a must. You will start as a call taker with the potential to move up the ladder to a dispatcher within the company. As well as customer contact you will deal with drivers, business clients, coach bookings and many other aspects of the company.
- PC skills are essential and ideally experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
- Good attention to detail along with the ability to remain composed when working under pressure is essential.
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative, take ownership of a tasks and incidents until completion
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues & customers

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.42-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
