Customer Support Coordinator

WE SEEK
YOU WILL
- Make an excellent early impression on new customers and be an ambassador for the WYM Legal brand.
- Work to SLAs around daily volume of outbound calls.
- Convert accepted quotes into live instructions through helping customers to return the necessary forms.
- Help customers to complete and collate paperwork.
- Use an electronic case management system to upload and save customer documentation.
- Update system ‘headlines’ to keep clients informed of the onboarding process.
- Allocate new live cases to the legal teams using a daily capacity spreadsheet.
- Report daily to the Head of Legal Practice on the volume of new onboarding forms received and the volume of onboarding processes completed.
- Follow company policies relating to matters in which we can and cannot act, and relating to documentation required.
- Pass on any relevant information revealed during the onboarding process to the legal team.
- Attend training on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing; Anti-Fraud and Client Care.
- Attend regular ongoing training.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
