Job description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high quality GCSE tutoring to individual students or small groups
- Plan and prepare effective tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s needs and learning style
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Collaborate with centre management and fellow tutors to ensure the smooth running of the centre

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in teaching/tutoring GCSE students
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the changing needs of students
- Enhanced DBS disclosure (we can assist in obtaining one if necessary)
