Do you have excellent administration and organisation skills and looking to be part of a busy team?
Our client is currently recruiting for a HR administrator/co-ordinator to join the business on a permanent basis.
No day will be the same, with upwards of 600 employees this role will be very fast paced and will require you to have exceptional time management and organisational skills.
A background within HR is an advantage but not essential.
Tasks/responsibilities:
- Calendar management for interview schedules
- Updating job boards with current vacancies
- Updating personnel files - sickness, holiday, disciplinaries etc
- Writing and issuing offer letters and new starter packs
- New employee inductions
- Reference and DBS checks
- Filing
- Support to the HR manager as required
Experience/skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft office
- Diary management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Uppingham, Leicestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
