Ehealth Practitioner

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Band 5 member of staff from therapies or nursing to join the Clinical Practice Team on a 6-month secondment to cover Maternity leave. Your role will be to support the Business-as-Usual aspect and digital transformation of Trust wide IT Clinical Systems.

This role will be based across the entire UHD footprint and you will support the IT Specialist Nurse in providing the link between the clinical environment and IT.

**The role will include**:

- delivering system overviews, including demonstrations.
- providing support at engagement events.
- floor-walking and supporting staff in the workplace.
- providing system training at various Trust Inductions as well as in clinical areas

**Base Location**: Cross site at Bournemouth and Poole Hospital

**Interview Date**: TBC
- Providingadvice and practical support on theday-to-daymanagement of the IT Clinical systems whilst ensuring end users fully understand the clinical relevance of the implemented system and the implications for clinical practice.
- Direct clinical support to facilitate the learning of IT Clinical systems; the post holder will assist in ensuring that compliance data reported is utilised to maximise the benefits to Patient Care and Service Delivery.
- Working closely with Clinical Leads and their ward staff, Clinicians and Allied Healthcare Professionals to effectively manage the clinical support and ‘business as usual’ use of IT clinical systems.
- Working in partnership; the post holder will play a pivotal role in ensuring a collaborative approach to embedding IT clinical systems and using them to their maximise benefit
- Deliver staff training on the existing IT Clinical systems in various formats
