You’ll be the central point of contact (CPC) for ViSOR “Violent and Sexual offence register” for Leicestershire Police. Your team will ensure the creation of Initial ViSOR records at the point of conviction and ensure Offenders that are being released from Prison are allocated appropriately.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Completing initial risk assessments for initial, and transferred nominals, and allocating accordingly.
- This role will act as a central role in the management of VISOR throughout the Leicester Police to ensure it is accurately maintained and managed in compliance with national standards, providing recommendations for improvements that will meet Force and national requirements.
- Supervising and monitoring the process of risk assessment and management and monitoring sexual within the ARMS principles.
- Supervising, managing and developing a team.
- Ensuring information and intelligence is appropriately evaluated and actioned, linking into NIM and local Policing processes.

**The must haves**
- A level in English language, Grade or equivalent or being willing to attended appropriate training.
- Demonstrate by example experience of managing a high caseload, whilst working under pressure, with limited supervision.
- Demonstrate experience of preparing and producing complex written rationale-based reports.
- Experience of managing a team to motivate, manage workloads and training requirements.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have great initiative and experience of decision making based on circumstances and initiate appropriate action in a dynamic environment.
