Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Football Coach to join our team. As a Football Coach, you will be responsible for assisting with coaching, developing their skills, and fostering a positive team environment. We expect availability most Tuesday/Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective training programs for football players
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve player performance
- Provide guidance and support to players both on and off the field if needed
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback
- Develop game plans and strategies for upcoming matches
- Motivate players to reach their full potential and instill discipline
- Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate team activities
- Ensure the safety of all players during practices and games

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques
- Previous experience in football
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players
- Patience and the ability to work well with individuals of all skill levels
- Strong organisational skills to plan practices and manage team activities
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to help players improve
