This role is within Ocado's Solutions division, supporting our partners around the world in a consistent way is essential to our long-term relationship with them and to our commercial success. The Solutions teams provide all of our Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) partners with wide-ranging remote and local support for their platform so they can deliver their retail customer promises every day.

**About the role**

Group IT has the mission to provide the strategic direction, governance and delivery of the core IT services which enable Ocado Group as a whole to deliver on its missions. The Digital Workplace team is working to ensure that all employees within Ocado Group have the right technologies to do their jobs successfully and in the easiest way possible.

This involves providing end users with the optimum software in a multitude of disciplines including Productivity, Communication, and Project Management. As a contributor to Ocado's Digital Workplace team, In this role you will be expected to assist in the configuration and education of the portfolio of SaaS systems within the team's Project Management area, which includes the likes of Atlassian's JIRA.

You will work directly with the business users to ensure that these systems meet the end user needs whilst also ensuring you remain the advocate for best practice use of the systems. The role will also work closely with the vendors of the systems to ensure that development requests are logged and roadmaps
are defined and tracked.

**About you**
- Prior experience of managing JIRA instances
- Strong knowledge of JQL
- Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and other agile methodologies
- Working knowledge of software development practices and workflows.
- Proven experience in software lifecycle management and workflow management
- Ability to troubleshoot issues within complex workflows
- Ability to capture business requirements from all areas of the business and provide fit for purpose requirements and solutions
- Ability to identify gaps within workflows and take corrective action whilst keeping the appropriate parties informed
- Manage logs and service reports
- Strong communication skills
- Strong people management skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to converse with stakeholders of all levels.
