**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant area, with 1 - 2 years experience working with D365 F&O and CE either in-house or part of project delivery
- Proficiency in designing and configuring security roles within Microsoft D365 F&O and CE systems
- Strong understanding of role-based access control principles and best practices
- Experience with security testing and audit procedures to ensure the effectiveness of security role configurations
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritize while meeting critical deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft O365, D365 experience)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and work collaboratively
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Willingness to travel if required

**Responsibilities**:

- Role Design: Develop and implement a comprehensive process for the design of security roles within a Microsoft D365 F&O and CE system, aligning with business processes and user requirements
- Role Build: Create, modify, and optimize security roles and permissions to restrict access to authorized users and functional areas
- Role Testing and Validation: Establish thorough testing procedures to ensure security roles are accurately configured as per business requirements
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential security risks within the D365 system and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate these risks through role design and access controls
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about industry security standards and best practices and ensure security roles align with these requirements to maintain compliance, including supporting the setting up of Segregation of Duties controls
- User Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users and IT personnel on security role usage, access procedures, and best practices. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for security roles and related processes
- Collaboration: Collaborate with functional and cross-functional work streams including developers, IT Risk, and audit teams to gather requirements
