- **We are recruiting for**:_

**Nights Care Coodinator** - One post ranging from 36 hours through to 48 hours per week based at B93 8PE (Bentley Heath) and B92 0BD (Hampton-In-Arden). Shifts are 12 hours, 8pm to 8am. As this is an entry level management position we require a fair share of weekend work, and this attracts a premium of 12.5%.
- **Pay & Benefits**:_

*Pay is at £12.00 per hour for week days and £13.50 per hour for weekends and bank holidays.

*If you are required to travel we pay at £0.45 per mile, and travel time is paid within contracted or overtime hours. Some other companies can take advantage in this area - we do not

*Enrolment is automatic for the People Pension scheme where the trust pays a contribution of 3%, the tax authorities pay 1%, and the employee pays 4% of the gross earnings.

*Annual leave starts at 22 days plus 8 bank holidays pro rata, rising to 25 days plus 8 bank holidays pro rata after three years of service.

*Life assurance is set to two times your contracted salary.

*The trust pays up to £500 for referring a friend who completes a six month probationary period and another £250 after a further six months.

*Car parking is free at all our sites.

*Free tea, coffee and milk.

*We pay for your DBS check.

*A DBS check that does not highlight issues preventing you from working with vulnerable adults.

*Willing to work overtime during busy periods to cover annual leave and sickness.

*Ability to line manage a set of Care Workers including supervisions, appraisals, mentoring, and ensuring employees on shift are working to the required standard.

*Show leadership and set a high standard of care for others to follow.

*Able to work closely with the Nights Team Leader at the unit and support their decisions which enhance the well being of our clients.
