Business Administration Apprentice

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established online keyboard specialist / retailer of over 3000 keyboards, mice, touchpads, card readers and other similar accessories. This role is a varied office based role with opportunities to grow and develop new skills and experience within this professional office setting.
**Duties will include**:
- Answering the telephones and assisting customers with a broad range of enquiries
- Updating database and online ordering system regularly
- Updating website regularly with product and price changes
- Answering online enquiries in a timely and highly professional manner
- Processing new customer orders received for invoicing
- Assisting management team with compiling of information for reports
- Filing
- Photocopying
- Scanning Documents
**Working hours**:Mon - Fri 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
**Salary**:£12480 per year
**Requirements**:
- Highly organised with the ability to multi task
- Confident communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent Time Keeper

Pay: From £12,480.00 per year
