The role of a Warehouse Operative - Picker Packer is essential to our operations. You will be an integral cog in the logístical machine, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse. Your primary duties will involve picking items from our vast inventory and carefully packing them for dispatch. This role is a balance of precision and pace, requiring a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Warehouse Operative - Picker Packer, your main responsibilities will include:

- Accurately picking items from storage locations based on pick lists and packing them securely for dispatch. Your attention to detail will be critical in ensuring the correct items are chosen every time.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is crucial for efficient operations and maintaining a safe workspace.
- Assisting in receiving inbound shipments, carefully unpacking and inspecting goods, and accurately updating inventory records.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles. This involves careful handling of goods to prevent damage and ensure safe transportation.
- Processing paperwork related to goods, such as delivery notes and dispatch labels. This ensures traceability and accountability for all items passing through the warehouse.
