**The Company**

BMM Weston are the UK’s leading manufacturer of sterilizer and washer disinfector equipment that is extensively used in the healthcare, laboratory and life science sector. The company is located in Faversham, Kent.

**The Position**

As an integral part of the office based team, you should have good organizational skills and possess strong communication and customer service skills.

The position will also involve coordinating with other departments, especially the technical and service teams who support sales on a regular basis.

**Sales Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with external Sales representatives
- Creating quotations and dealing with tender documentation.
- Monitor tender portals and disseminate the information to external representatives
- Processing orders, checking the correct information has been received from the customer.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are accurate and processed according to customer requirements.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales and technical queries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Handling post-sales support to the service department

**Sales Coordinator Requirements**:

- Experience in sales or service administrative role
- Good communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with MS word and Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
