TPF Recruitment are working on behalf of a fantastic firm of chartered accountants in Chichester who are looking to recruit either an Audit Associate or Audit Senior Associate in to their Team. This is a fantastic opportunity, where you will work in a mixedaudit, accounts and tax capacity. Training will be provided on accounts and tax, if you work in pure audit. Our client has seen 20% growth in their fee income in recent times and has also take on much larger, listed work from Top 10 and Big 4 firms. Due tofurther expansion, they're looking to recruit an Audit Associate and/ or an Audit Senior Associate in to their successful team.
This position will primarily be focused owner managed businesses from £1m

**Requirements** You will be either ACA or ACCA qualified, nearly qualified or part qualified with experience gained within any mix of - small/medium /large independent accountancy practice firm background, or Top 50 or Mid-Tier/Top Tier firm environment with a technicalbackground across pure audit or audit and accounts.
You will be seeking a career move at the Audit Associate, Senior Associate, Semi Senior or Senior level with a clear progression and development path on offer within a highly regarded accountancy practice.
**Benefits** £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
