Jacobs Steel are a local independent estate agents who have enjoyed selling property on the South coast of Sussex for almost 40 years. Jacobs Steel’s residential sales business continues to thrive across its six offices and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team.

Our reputation has been built on excellent customer service and a relentless drive to deliver for our clients. We are seeking an individual who enjoys building relationships, has an interest in property and naturally goes the extra mile for their customers.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Regular telephone and face to face interaction with clients
- Registering, servicing and building relationships with new and existing applicants
- Liaising and servicing vendors
- Organising and accompanying applicants on property viewings
- Assisting with all elements of the property sales process
- Partnering and contacting solicitors to progress sales
- A positive attitude
- A desire to succeed and go the extra mile
- Excellent relationship building skills
- A minimum of 18 months estate agency experience
- A clean driving license

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
