**Responsibilities**:
A key role in the Reward & Benefits team, you will be required to provide global consultancy and support on varied and ever-changing pension and benefit queries, challenges and initiatives. Your position will be vital in helping to maintain and ensure the global pension and benefits plans run smoothly as we look to attract and retain the best talent. This role will require you to work closely with the Global Benefits Manager on a wide range of tasks; you’ll need to be someone who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and hit the ground running. We Are looking for someone self-sufficient, who thrives when given autonomy, and who isn’t afraid to challenge norms and put forth recommendations for change. This is a fast-paced, tech and media environment and you will therefore have experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines to meet the requirements of multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Prior experience in global benefits and a track record of hitting the ground running is essential.

HERE’S YOUR ROLE BROKEN DOWN (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)
- Support the Global Benefits Manager in ensuring compliance with local legislation on all pension and benefit plans.
- Conduct external and internal research to ensure that our benefits remain compliant and competitive, proactively submitting recommendations to the Global Benefits Manager where appropriate.
- Take ownership of and/or support on annual renewal activities and enrolment processes across multiple locations (excluding US).
- With support from the Benefits Administrator, take ownership of ensuring monthly pension contributions are reconciled, paid over, and invested in a timely and compliant manner.
- Work closely with payroll to manage and ensure best practice internationally.
- Work with finance to establish streamlined and compliant processes for making vendor payments.
- Jointly responsible for managing the day-to-day workload within the required SLA’s.
- Assist with the maintenance, filing, and distribution of all benefit policy documentation, employee communications, and internal process guides. Take a key role in process reviews, making recommendations for change.
- Support, on occasion, lead implementation of new benefit programs.
- Build effective working relationships across internal departments, stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Assist the Benefits Administrator manage employee related queries raised in the Reward inbox/service now portal and ensure queries are distributed and dealt with in a timely manner and within the required SLA’s.
- Responsible for maintaining confidential employee benefit files ensuring documents are easy to find and up to date.
- Assist with all activity relating to the annual benefits employee engagement plan, able to draft employee communications and take ownership of distribution.
- Assist with the administration of employee surveys, census and other research in efforts to collect accurate quotes and information, and strategic planning.
- Assist with ongoing monthly administration of policies when required.
- Participate in departmental project team work as and when required.

**Required qualifications**:

- Self-sufficiency and the ability to adjust your own priorities.
- Minimum of 5 years’ operational experience in employee benefits and pensions - previous experience in benefits consultancy is also welcomed.
- Experience in ownership of annual renewals is essential.
- Whilst benefit exposure across EMEA and APAC is preferable, it’s more about the individual and your ability to hit the ground running.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work, and prioritise critical activities, whilst maintaining high quality and excellent attention to detail.
- A natural curiosity to dig deeper into issues that may arise.
- Ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, colleagues and external partners.
- Strong desire to enact change and streamline processes.
