**Job Title: Asset Management Officer**

**About the Role**:
Are you a seasoned Asset Management professional looking for a meaningful change in how we plan and manage assets? Join a dynamic team where you will lead key improvements in asset management methodologies and practices, contributing to the enhancement of asset performance. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to innovative approaches to asset management planning and improved processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end capital planning process and redefine how asset data is managed and updated.
- Support asset modeling to prepare budget scenarios and develop asset strategies and management plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient project planning, facilities management, and delivery.
- Contribute to the development of innovative approaches to asset management planning.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in property asset management disciplines and planning.
- The ability to review and improve existing processes and practices.
- Knowledge and experience of using asset management methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in developing or improving strategic approaches to asset management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing and collaborating.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and report data trends.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and budget preparation processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with key stakeholders.

**Work Environment**:
The role involves working in various locations, including support with site assessments and inspections. The work environment includes office and remote working.

**Relationships**:

- Develop and manage proactive and collaborative relationships with key teams.
- Work independently but liaise with key stakeholders to achieve deliverables.
