We are delighted to present this fantastic opportunity to join a recognised law firm who is looking to recruit an experienced corporate lawyer into its Liverpool team.

**Role Overview**

You will join this national firm's corporate team that deals with a wide variety of work including corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals. This firm act on behalf ofprivate equity funds, fund managers and investee companies and their management teams. They also handle company re-organisations and re-structuring, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and investment agreements and offer advice on general company law complianceand corporate governance
- Qualified Corporate Solicitor with at least 3 years' pqe in corporate work
- Proven experience in all aspects of private M&A transactions
- High level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills
- Commercially minded
- Client focussed
