The post holder will assist in the provision of a comprehensive, quality, Payroll service to employees of Hampshire Hospitals NHS FT. A key requirement of the job is to have strong communication skills, competent with IT systems, will learn to use internal payroll system and use Microsoft Office daily.

The post holder will organise their own workload, co-ordinating with other team members so that an efficient service is provided.

Assisting in the provision of a comprehensive Payroll Service for employees of Hampshire Hospitals NHS FT, including:
Answering office telephones to deal with incoming queries or taking messages.

Minute taking at the monthly Payroll team meetings.

Stationary orders.

Organising and opening inbound post.

Any other duties
