**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Reviewing documentation for accuracy, correcting errors, and rejecting as needed to maintain data integrity.
- Ensuring the accuracy of submissions to meet quality standards.
- Making outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up on customer requests.
- Collaborating with the planning team to coordinate surveys and fitting runs.
- Conducting ad hoc analysis of cost and revenue data to support decision-making.
- Generating accurate daily and weekly reports for management.
- Assisting with any other reasonable administrative tasks as required.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
