Main Duties and Responsibilities Acting as a point of contact for staff and patients with regards to administrative queries New patient registrations, registration queries and deductions, including providing access to online services Logging new patients Lloyd George records into the practice and filing away Scanning information onto patients medical records Copying of medical records (including responding to subject access requests or requests for information under the Access to Medical Records Act) Updating patient medical records with change of address and any applicable information Coordinating requests for information/letters/medical reports, completing information where possible on behalf of the practice Raising invoices for private reports and debt chasing for outstanding payments Summarising of patient notes Completing the PPA claims process OR producing quarterly reports for opiate substitution therapy prescribing and bowel cancer screening/coding
