**_ 6 Technical Clerks are required to work on an initial 12 month contract basis to support a large project in the Energy sector._**

**_ You will be able to work on a hybrid working set up for this position, allowing 2 days per week from home._**

**Responsibilities**
- As the Technical Clerk, your main responsibility will be the preparation and delivery of the Project Record Books.
- As the Technical Clerk, you will be responsible for the collection, assembly and issue of the Project Record Books to main Client.
- Project Record Books will need to be assembled in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- The Project Record Book will consist of the following types of documentation:
Design and Drawing Books, Plant Operating Manuals, Vendor Data Books, Manufacturing Data Books, Plant Inspection Books, Field QA/QC Dossiers and Completion Record Books.

As the Technical Clerk, your required skills are proficiency with MS Office and ADOBE Acrobat.

Previous experience as:
Paralegal, Document Controller, Quality Engineer, Executive Assistant, Project Secretary, Archiving etc.

As the Technical Clerk you will ideally have an interest or experience of Engineering/Technical Background and Offshore Construction / Renewable Energy is desired.
