**About our Supported Living service in Ellesmere Port**

Our newly refurbished bungalow in Whitby, Ellesmere Port, provides supported housing service to three individuals with varying disability support needs. This specially adapted home enables the people we support to develop confidence and become active, independent citizens within their community. By giving these individuals full living support, they can build on their strengths, develop new skills and live as independently as possible.

**A Day in the Life of a Learning Disability Support Worker**

As a Learning Disability Support Worker, no two days are alike - much like the diverse individuals we support. Our approach revolves around person-centered planning, tailoring our services to suit the distinct requirements of each person we support. We are deeply committed to working towards positive outcomes for every individual, celebrating even the smallest milestones on their journey to personal growth. As a Support Worker, you'll be equipped with comprehensive training to provide a wide range of assistance, including personal care, behavioral support, fostering independence and confidence, and nurturing positive relationships through effective communication.

Although previous experience would be great, it's not essential, as all training and qualifications are provided on the job
