Experienced Floor Layer required for immediate start - Plymouth

Main Duties include:

- All enabling works where practicably possible to include removing furniture
- Lift and dispose of existing floor coverings
- Latex or ply floor as and where required
- Lay flooring dependent on specification vinyl, carpet floor tiles, carpet.
- Works to be carried our on Plymouth Community Homes contract and on other recently acquired Interserve sites in the Plymouth area.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Must have checkable experience as a floor layer
- Must hold full UK driving licence
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Must be self-motivated and be a team player
- Conversant with relevant legislation and compliance issues
- Good knowledge of all aspects of Health and Safety
- Must be self-motivated and be a good motivator
- Should have a “Can Do” approach and portray a positive attitude
