Telesales Operative

Fife Creamery are leading suppliers to the Food Service & Retail sectors in Scotland. Our enthusiasm and passion helps us to deliver outstanding service for our customers.

Responsibilities/ Activities:

- Making and receiving calls to and from our customer base.
- Constantly look for and take opportunities to add value to customer sales (up-selling).
- Inputting orders accurately and efficiently to ensure orders are correct and deliveries reach customers with 100% accuracy.
- Managing an efficient call list while looking to retain as many customers and products as possible.
- Previous experience working in a Telesales environment.
- A natural communicator with a clear and confident telephone manner.
- Good Keyboard skills.
- Accurate and with a keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a high call rate.

Essential Requirement: The ability to make new sales to our customers.

Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm.

Part time morning position also available.

**Salary**: £10.75 per hour
