**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience of support administration.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills.
- Good organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task & meet deadlines.
- Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Vibrant and keen team player.
- Self-sufficient/ability to work independent from instruction with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a professional office environment as required.
- Educated to GCSE level including Maths & English.

**Responsibilities**:
**_ Administration
- _**
- Providing a day-to-day administrative support service to the A&D Market Client Directors_._
- Full support to meetings, workshops, hospitality including all internal and external event co-ordination_._
- Coordinating all travel requirements, including international, in accordance with company procedures_._
- Ability to work with and as part of a team, taking an active role_._
- This role will involve working closely alongside and taking directive as required from the Market Directors PA_._
- Ad hoc support to the wider business as required_._
- This role location base can be flexible working 37.5 hours over 5 days per week with visits to an office as and when required.
