With six apartment complexes currently in our portfolio, all located in London and the South East, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant and energetic Public Area attendant to join the team.

Your responsibilities include assisting the Building Manager in the, preparation, set up and service of the complex (including Health & Safety and COSHH procedures) through maintaining and improving the standards and quality of service.

You will clean apartments for new tenants, manage public areas as required and assist with ensuring the building is well maintained.

You will support the Building Manager in, identifying training needs which will assist in your ongoing personal development.
