Manufacturing Flm

The Pursuit Group are currently looking for a **Manufacturing FLM** to join our client, a large food manufacturer in West Brom.

**The role is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 hr days.**

Requirements will include facilitating and coaching team performance, encouraging development of individuals and teams through clear and inspirational leadership. Working through others, achieving high levels of targeted performance, customer satisfaction and quality standards.

**Essential**
- **At least 3 Years experience within a FMCG environment **(fast moving consumer goods)
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Be able to demonstrate people and performance experience

**Key Accountabilities**
- Actively engage individuals and teams in the Safety First culture, managing people effectively through robust leadership skills and in compliance with AB internal policies and procedures
- To lead and facilitate individuals and teams to deliver optimal levels of performance on cost, resource, service requirements
- To drive product quality through all systems available and people
- To contribute to the optimization of a production plan, operating the production plant in the most efficient and cost effective manner
- Ensure that development and training needs of individuals are consistently applied to create a proactive environment of learning through relevant documentation (learning logs)
- To actively encourage individuals and teams to continuously challenge and improve manufacturing processes
- To optimise work cross-functionally providing insight and control over the bakery infrastructure.
