**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional personal care and support to clients within their homes, promoting independence and preserving their dignity.
- Lead and supervise a team of care assistants, ensuring the delivery of care to the highest standards.
- Conduct spot checks, competencies, and regular reviews for care staff to maintain quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with the care management team to plan and assess individual care needs, creating personalised care plans.
- Monitor clients' health status and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns.
- Assist clients with various daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, medication management, and meal preparation.
- Offer compassionate companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and friendly environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and the care management team, facilitating effective communication and understanding.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in domiciliary care, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care services.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to mentor and motivate a care team effectively.
- Ability to conduct spot checks, competencies, and reviews for care staff.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient approach towards providing care and support.
- Reliability,punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility in meeting clients' needs.
