Meraki Talent are partnered with a leading Financial Services firm to support with the appointment of a Customer Service Consultant. This is a full-time (35 hours), permanent opportunity located in Bath, England and offers an annual salary of £25,000 alongside a hybrid working model.

The role of a Customer Service Consultant is focused on providing excellent customer service within the financial services sector. You will be assisting people in managing and growing their savings and investments responsibly.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be a part of the inbound contact centre team, responsible for delivering top-tier customer service to both advisers and customers. The position plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all clients and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and clear information to advisers and customers, understanding their requests and determining their needs.
- Ensure that customer accounts are managed effectively. Process all transactions and inquiries accurately and within agreed timeframes.
- Take ownership of all customer requests and inquiries from start to finish, delivering a personalized service experience.
- Stay up to date with industry knowledge to effectively support advisers, clients, and colleagues.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to making improvements in service delivery.

**Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles is desirable. While experience in financial services is a plus, it's not mandatory.
- Experience in handling calls within a busy call centre environment is required. High standards of productivity and service quality are emphasized.
- Strong organizational skills are crucial to managing customer accounts, transactions, and inquiries effectively.
- Ability to connect with and build rapport with customers and colleagues where appropriate, which is essential for delivering excellent customer service.
