**Job Information**
Domestic Heating Surveyor
Background
Established for 40 years, my client is a central heating and electrical installation company working for Local Authorities and Housing Associations within their housing stock, throughout the South East.
They are seeking an experienced Heating Surveyor to carry out central heating and boiler surveys for new and replacement heating systems within domestic properties.
Based near Sevenoaks in Kent but the role will require travel to sites across the South East.
About the Role
- Carry out central heating and boiler surveys for new and replacement systems.
- Complete all paperwork in relation to the design of the new system (Materials Lists and CAD Drawings)
- Discuss the installation with the resident and establish any special requirements they may have.
- Carry out a Risk Assessment at each property and highlight any potential hazards or challenges to the heating engineers.
- Company vehicle will be provided.
Skills & Experience
- Ideally 5 years experience within a similar role.
- Experience in the design of domestic gas and central heating installations.
- Oil and LPG experience desirable.
- Computer Literate
- Turbo CAD design skills.
- Driving Licence
Desirable but not essential
- ACS Qualifications desirable.
- Asbestos Awareness Qualification.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic
