**Clinic Healthcare Assistant
Salisbury, Wiltshire
Starting salary £20,750 per annum**
Healthcare Assistant HCA required for this specialist small clinic located in Salisbury in Wiltshire.
Our client is one of the world's largest independent renal care providers who are devoting their efforts to developing the best renal care services in the field of dialysis.
You will need to be confident and enthusiastic, providing motivation and energy into a caring environment.
As Healthcare Assistant you will be expected to support the nursing team by undertaking a range of duties. Duties can include but are not limited to maintaining clean equipment following appropriate training, preparing supplies and packs for treatment, undertakinghealth checks with patients pre and post dialysis, escorting patients to the clinical and waiting areas and serve refreshments during treatments and being proficient with the dialysis machines and working together with the MDT.
**Healthcare Assistant Requirements**:
- Must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Minimum NVQ level 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent _(preferably working towards level 3)_
- Interest in working in the field of renal/ dialysis care
- Ideally previous experience in hospital and healthcare setting as a HCA
- Excellent communication skills
This is a full time role 37.5 hours per week Monday to Saturday working earlies, lates and long days only between the hours of 7am and 7pm **(NO NIGHTS OR SUNDAYS)**
**Package**
- Salary of up to £22,650 plus overtime paid at time and a half
