Due to parental leave, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Associate to join our Health Intermediary Marketing team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will help Aviva design and deliver engaging marketing campaigns for intermediaries, employers, and customers to continue to successfully build our brand and strive towards being the number one Financial Services company.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to undertake a challenging yet rewarding role
A bit about the job:
You will collaborate with teams across the business, developing trading campaigns within H&P and then delivering communication activity through a range of owned marketing channels.
You’ll need to know how analyse data, to create these marketing campaigns.
You’ll also need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a creative and curious nature, challenging the status quo, asking the right questions, and trying new approaches.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Previous marketing experience, with a good understanding of marketing channels, tools, and techniques- Process minded, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly- Creative mindset, with excellent attention to detail- Strong business acumen with the ability to measure the impact of your work and commercial benefits- The ability to work at pace, with a team player mentality
