Mortgage Adviser

**Patrick James Solutions & Free Fee Military Mortgage Advice are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join the team**

Skills Required:

- You must have a minimum of 3 years experience within the Financial Services industry and be qualified to at least CeMAP Level 3 or equivalent.
- Incredibly well organised and can cope well under high levels of stress at times, as well as being self-driven.
- Excellent IT Skills
- Have good telephone banter to build a solid rapport with our clients.
- Competent and quick at learning new systems.
- Friendly & Approachable.
- Strong team player with a good sense of humour
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Be passionate about our Armed Forces.
- Are flexible with the hours you can work - whilst we are primarily a 9am-5pm company, there will be requirements to be able to do evening appointments as and when required to suit our clients needs. (Normally no more than 2 evenings a week)
**What Can We Offer You?**
- Very good starting salary of between £26,000 - £36,000 depending on experience, with up to £60,000 OTE.
- Flexible Working - We are happy for you to have a mix of working from home and in the office if required. Our office is based in Appleby in Westmorland in the beautiful Eden Valley within Cumbria, so ideally you will live relatively local or can commute with ease as public transport is not the best
- Working hours/days open to discussion.
- You will never cold call - you will be dealing with our existing clients or natural leads via our close working partners.
- Work Computer/Laptop and mobile.

- Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

- CeMAP qualification to at least Level 3? (required)
