**Duties**:

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Coordinate meetings and take detailed minutes
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and updates
- Support project managers in tracking project progress and deadlines
- Perform data entry tasks to update project databases
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Utilize computerized systems for project management tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administrative or project support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to type efficiently and maintain attention to detail
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic administrative tasks

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
