**This is the job**:
Joining the AA as **Administration Assistant**, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Chief Information Officer, Chief Data and Analytics Officer and Transformation Director. You will be responsible for proactive diary management, general operational support, and effective co-ordination of activities for the respective leaders and their leadership teams as appropriate.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Responsible for managing diaries, organising meetings, organising events, booking travel and hotels
- Manage correspondence with clients, internal and external requests
- Assist in maintaining and uploading content to the department’s team site
- Run reports as required and assist with the administration and co-ordination of departmental reports
- Contribute to projects and activities as appropriate for the team e.g. project co-ordination,
research, presentation and communication support and day-to-day operational activities
- Proactively identify where additional support can be given to the Leadership teams
- Work closely with our Internal Communications Business Partner on setting up departmental calls and events

**What do I need?**:
**Capability, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Extensive experience of providing administrative support to a team
- Dealing with confidential information in a diplomatic and discreet manner
- Strong IT skills, using all Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional planning and organising skills - proven ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and use initiative as appropriate
- Ability to diary manage, organise meetings and events and book accommodation and travel
