Sales Negotiator

Job Profile

In this role you will be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the vendor and the buyer, generating new business and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

Industry experience is preferred but not essential, as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

You will be based from one **of our Hemmings Homes branches either in Motherwell or Cambuslang.** offering expert advice about the sales process, local market conditions and showcasing Hemmings Homes, as a 'one stop shop' for selling, Letting, Buying and Financial Services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
