**The shop will be open from 7:00 to 19:00 seven days a week.** **You must be able to start in Paddington station at 6:30 and available to work morning and evening shifts. It is a part time role with possibility to increase your hours to full time.**

**Skills and requirements**:

- Up to date knowledge and genuine interest/ passion for the coffee business
- Barista skills and ability to free pour a variety of latte art consistently would be an advantage
- Knowledge of hand-brew methods and desire to learn more would be an advantage
- Good spoken and written English
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work at speed and under pressure

**The job involves**:

- Making fantastic coffee
- Till transactions
- Food prep
- Café's opening and closing procedures
- Customer service

**You will be working with and helping to maintain equipment such as**:

- La Marzocco Linea PB two group
- Mythos One, Anfim and Mahlkonig EK43
