We are looking to recruit a full-time, permanent Band 3 Senior Administrator within our busy and thriving Outpatients Department at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital, which is part of East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful applicant will be joining a highly motivated and effective team who strive to ensure patient care is at the forefront of our service. We are looking for someone to support the Supervisors within the Outpatient Appointment Service, to ensure a comprehensive administrative service to all service users.

(This post may involve working shifts within the hours of Mon - Fri (08.00 - 20.00) and Sat and Sun (08.00 - 20.00). This may also include late shifts on rotation (10:30am - 18:30) and weekend working (8am-4pm).
