The average hours are 23.5 hours per week. Full time working will also be required during periods of holiday cover.

**£11 per hour. Average 23.5 hours per week - £21,450 per annum pro rata.**

Duties to include:

- Answering calls on behalf of a wide range of clients - an excellent telephone manner is essential for this role.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at reception, providing a professional, courteous and friendly service to all visitors.
- Arranging meeting room bookings, managing incoming and outgoing mail, basic administrative tasks.
- Monitoring reception, all common areas and meeting rooms.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
