Hall Porter/ Concierge

We are looking for a confident communicator with a passion for customer service and exceeding guest expectations.

Please note - this position requires a mixture of daytimes, weekend and late evenings, making flexibility a key requirement.

**Key Tasks**

As Hall Porter and Concierge you will undertake a number of tasks. These include:

- Work with the Front Office Desk actioning administration work surrounding guest requests
- Escort guests and luggage to rooms
- Book transport or make external bookings or arrange trips for guests
- Serve refreshments
- Ensure the grounds are kept tidy, free from rubbish and outside furniture is set up correctly
- Be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable experience

You should strive to deliver exceptionally high standards of customer care and ensure that all guests receive prompt attention and in a professional manner.
- Proven experience in a similar guest facing role within the luxury hotel market
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive and can-do attitude;
- Guest focused with a genuine passion for delivering sensational service
- Excellent spoken English and have immaculate presentation skills

Pay: £11.66 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
