- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment
- Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and customer satisfaction
- Assist with training new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
