**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and understand construction plans, specifications and designs.
- Perform various construction tasks such as kitchen and bathroom installation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, clients and other construction professionals.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues as they arise.
- Complete projects within specified timeframes.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a General Builder or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Certification or training in construction trades is a plus.

Pay: £130.00-£200.00 per day

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
